Well, I am old school.  I like to say that I am a 90 year old woman in a 40 something year old body...:) I am a Mom who loves to bake and cook and will try any recipe out there! Baking bread is one of my favorite things to do - especially bagels and cinnamon buns.  I spend most of my spare time, which is rare, with my nose in a book.  I love to paint, garden, beachcomb, home improvement activities, hang out with my family, take trips, play with my dog, raise chickens, collect eggs and take pictures.  I love learning about different cultures and especially the foods from different cultures.  I believe in God, the Constitution, and our beautiful Country.  I love my husband, my family and feel I am truly blessed as an individual.  One of my favorite proverbs is "Idleness is the vacation of fools" - and one of my favorite sayings is "Let us be silent that we may hear the whisper of God" - by Ralph Waldo Emerson.  Life is a gift - we should accept and enjoy it!
